Hi. I'm Laine. I am an artist and a coach. I help people as they pursue their creative projects - anything from going to grad school, planning a wedding, getting back into the studio, putting on a concert, or simply starting a regular habit of free-flowing creative time. These types of pursuits are important to us, are sometimes really big endeavors, and are often outside of our established commitments and/or society's typical structures for professional life. It can be challenging to find the time, be consistent, and generally make it all work. I can help you find clarity within yourself, increase your capacity, and create inner alignment as you pursue your creative ideas.  With this, you can find sustainable balance and give attention to all that is important to you. And, as a result, feel happier and more fulfilled! Feel like this might be what you need? Schedule a conversation with me to see if working with a coach might help. No obligation!

ENGAGEMENTS AND FEES*

I work with clients in 8-session “coaching containers”. The first and last sessions will serve to open and close the container and are always free of charge. For those sessions, we spend time focusing on the broader picture, strategy, and/or context. The middle 6 sessions are $125 for 55 minutes and are dedicated to focused, iterative work – applying insights, building skills, and responding to what emerges in real time. This structure creates a clear, intentional space for focus and progress, allowing us to build momentum, go deeper into the work, and bring a sense of completion and integration to the process.

*I am proud and happy to offer those pursuing careers in the arts a sliding scale for the first container. If this is you and you want to learn if you qualify, please contact me to discuss.
